Request and confirmation
Sending a form or message does not confirm a booking. A service is confirmed only after Taquile Travel communicates availability, final price, inclusions, the applicable policy and receipt of the agreed payment.
Prices and services
“From” prices are references. The final amount depends on date, travelers, service type, boat, lunch, pickup and availability. Drinks and services not listed are excluded.
Weather, safety and community
Itineraries, ports, boats, families and community sectors can change because of weather, safety, operations or local rotation. A reasonable alternative will be sought without compromising safety.
Cancellations
The specific cancellation, rescheduling and refund policy is provided in the quotation before payment. This template must be completed and reviewed against Taquile Travel’s actual commercial policy.
